              Mission Statement

We strive to foster a semi-casual, drama-free, and fun environment centered around the fictitious 1st Para-Marine Regiment. We are based in Arma 3 and utilize a series of mods and rules to ensure that a quality of game play is kept and maintained.

Requirements, Rules, and Regulations

Gameplay Modes: We have three gameplay modes that are to be observed and obeyed while in game: OP Time, Casual Time, and Fun-time.

OP Time: Usually in effect when players are in a briefing or on the battlefield. Players are expected to be on their best behavior and as cooperative as possible. While in briefing PTS is in effect which will require players to type PTS (Permission to speak) in Side chat in order to speak.

Casual Time: Usually in effect during the gearing phase or long hauls. Players are expected to get their assigned task complete, but are encouraged to speak freely and joke around.

Fun-Time: Usually in effect at the end of an op after briefing or during a specified fun op. Players are bound by only the most basic rules of the group and nothing else matters because fuck the government.

Attendance Policy: We understand that life is demanding and thus it is impossible to attend every op, but we also acknowledge that each member’s attendance has a significant impact on the quality of gameplay. To combat this, we have implemented an attendance policy in which members who repeatedly miss group functions without an excuse or prior notice will be be faced with initially light consequences. Those who miss three events in a row without notifying leadership will have to repeat their last class qualification. Those who miss two more events in addition to the previous three will be marked as inactive on the roster.

Each rule and regulation is needed to be read carefully and respected for each game and service we provide.

Things you need to know

Requirements:

1. Must be 16 years of age or older

2. Must have a working microphone

3. Must be mature

Rules:

1. Don’t be a dick.

2. Players are expected to be team players.

3. Task force radio must be installed and working properly whenever in an operation on Arma 3.

4. The three Gameplay modes are to be observed and taken seriously.

Regulations:

Short Leash Policy: We have implemented a short-leash policy in order to ensure a quality standard is enforced. Members will have 2 warnings before being removed from the group. These warnings will not be based on one's ability to be good at the game or his position, but rather on their cooperation, ability to follow the rules, and willingness to be a team player. Members will be informed on the spot when a warning has been issued to them.

Those blatantly misbehaving in game without any regards to our rules and requirements will be removed immediately so as to ensure the quality is kept to a standard.

Classification tree and Suggested read

PL

Classification Tree: We do not issue ranks and therefore there are few positions of any real authority. Instead we use a classification system that signifies whether or not a member has received training and is classified to play as the specified role. Naturally a team member should listen to the orders of his Team lead, but simply because a member is a higher classification does not mean that he possesses any authority. Members are not stuck on the classification that they have most recently earned, they may play classes down the tree, but not up to classes they have not yet earned.

New members will have to achieve the classification of Rifleman before attending an op. To do so, seek out one of our approved instructors on our roster spreadsheet.

Once a classification has been earned, the member must attend an op as the earned role before earning a new one. Members exhibiting signs that they did not learn anything during a classification will be required to retake the class.
